Empowering women through sustainable livelihood option

Social organisation on various aspects (SOOVA) from its inception purely working for women empowerment & development. During the implementation of various interventions 5000 SHGs women’s were directly involved. 10 progressive women leaders become thoughtful for working with a group /institution and started mobilisation to SHG women’s for formation of a Producer company. Looking at the interest of the women’s group, SOOVA provided handholding support and a baby women centric FPO named Maa Durgadevi producer Company Ltd taken birth on 1 st June 2016 with a dedicated 5 directors and supported by NABARD. Registered under companies registration act having the registration No: Uo1100OR2016PTC025320.
