Capacity Building: Majority of the producer got different type of training by the supporting agency/stakeholders like NABARD, Reliance foundation, Heifer international, IFHD and MSME department etc.
1. Capacity Building on improved quality sal leaf plate making :
>> Training to farmers on proper collection, drying, maintain
hygiene and storage.
>> Training on fine stitching of sal leaf by machine
>> Training on pressed sal leaf plate and bowl making
2. Capacity building on Mahua:
>> Training to the members on collection of Mahua hygienically
from the tree by fixing the net.
>> Training on drying, maintaining hygiene and Proper storage.
>> Training on Preparation of different products from Mahua like
Biscuits, Nectar, Candy, cakes, Chocolates, Ladu.
>> Training on labelling and packing of the Mahua products.
3. Capacity Building on Wild honey collection:
>> Training to farmers on collection of wild honey in hygienic manner without damaging the honey bee.
>> Training on Processing of honey in the processing unit at Brundagadi
>> Training on Packing and labelling of honey
4. Capacity Building on Livestock :
>> Training on Biosecurity measures for livestock Poultry and goatry
>> Training on weighing of poultry and goat during selling to avoid exploitation and to ensure accurate fixed price
>> Training on Vaccination, deworming, and other treatment, extra feeding, helped to reduce the mortality rate of livestock.

>> Sal leaf plate and cup production (18 Types) and marketing
>> Wild Honey collection, processing, Value addition & Marketing.
>> Mahua flower collection, Value addition & preparation of different products like, Candy, Biscuits, Chocolates, Nectar, Cake, Ladu and Marketing
>> Paddy Seed processing and Marketing
